They’re developing 160 acres of virgin land for the purpose of an intentionally White community. Anyone could’ve bought it. No one is being deprived of anything.

That's great, I'm pro segregation. I already live in an all white area so I don't need to go there, but I hope they take in whites who have been struggling with "multiculturalism".
